KRUGONOMICS is designed to be simple and elegant

Many NFT collections like to create a secondary SPL token to give the illusion of value. NFT holders stake their NFTs in exchange for these secondary tokens, with the impression that they’ll earn passive income. It may sound good at first, but it causes problems in the long run. Projects have to make both the NFTs and the secondary token valuable, which is hard without real money invested. Plus, more tokens are added as people stake, making the problem worse.

You can see from the diagram above that there are multiple value drain points and no value add points.

KRUG NFTs are the only tokens in our collection. This means that everything from raffles to art upgrades to merchandise will be sold exclusively in KRUG NFTs. By doing so, KRUGs simplifies the value proposition for its users, avoiding the need to juggle multiple tokens with different utility.

Ample Liquidity

With a limited supply of only 888 KRUG NFTs, there’s always a risk of limited liquidity. To address this, KRUGs has set up a liquidity pool of fractionalised tokens to ensure there’s always sufficient liquidity in the market for its NFTs.

Deflationary Supply

Our Art Vision turns KRUGs into 1/1s and full sets in small batches, it reduces the amount of ‘expendable’ KRUGs. Each KRUG that has its art updated is 1 KRUG removed from the supply since it becomes a collectible.
